FULL PRODUCTION PREMIUM LIFESTYLE TECH 2025
Six contemporary stories close to the audience, created for Samsung’s premium lifestyle tech launch: Galaxy Z Flip 7 and Z Fold 7.
THE TASK
When Leo Burnett’s brief landed on our desk, we felt the spark immediately. It was the perfect playground for AndrewFilm’s DNA to shine: ultra-contemporary films that speak straight to the audience, fearless creative ideas, and top-tier production values with a massive output - all delivered at lightning speed. A tight deadline? That’s the cherry on top.
Challenge accepted and conquered in style.
THE PROCESS
We did what we do best: rolled up our sleeves and got to work. First things first - together with the creative agency and the client, we locked in the creative partners. We’d been in touch with Højkant for a while, just waiting for the right concept to bring us together. And here it was. From there, everything moved at lightning speed as we set up the shoot in Berlin.
A little fun fact: because the phones hadn’t been released yet, Samsung’s security protocols were next-level. Think: on-set security guards, a vault for the devices, taped-over phone cameras, and blacked-out studio windows.
In one perfectly timed shoot day, we captured all moving images and the full set of photo assets.
Post-production came with its own twist: since the phones on set were only dummies, every single screen in the films and stills had to be replaced – all 45 of them! Thankfully, we’d already learned the pace during pre-production: fast, focused, and no unnecessary frills. We made every hour count right up to the release.
From the first briefing to final delivery, we used the three weeks to the fullest and boredom was definitely not on the schedule.
THE RESULTS
In the end, the project grew into something truly expansive: six full films and twelve key visuals, carefully crafted for every touchpoint – CTV, all major social platforms, and in-store POS displays.
Each piece was designed to be a seamless fit for Samsung’s brand world: contemporary in look and feel, sleek in execution, and laser-focused on the target audience.
Working on such a compressed schedule meant that almost every stage of the creative process had to unfold in parallel. While scripts were being polished, sets were being built; while assets were being shot, post-production pipelines were already running.
It was a live, breathing process that required constant coordination and quick decision-making. Together with the teams at Samsung and Leo Burnett, we stayed in close contact – reviewing cuts, exchanging feedback, and fine-tuning details on the fly to keep the quality bar high without losing speed.
The result? A full suite of content that not only met the deadline but also captured the spirit of the brand: modern, premium, and audience-driven. It was the perfect proof that in projects like these, only teamwork makes the dream work.
